How long will my order take to arrive?

Once we receive your order and package it, we promptly ship them out using priority mail. Processing time usually takes 24-72 hours, and for delivery, please allow 5-10 business days.

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes! We are so confident that you will love our product that we offer a no-fuss money-back guarantee! Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Refund requests must be within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To initiate the refund request, please email help@fidgipops.com. Once the package has arrived back to us, processing the refund can take up to 5 business days.

Do you offer free returns?

As a small business, we can only offer returns in the following situations:

If the entire order is damaged/faulty/incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost of the return.

If a part of the order is damaged/faulty/incorrect, we can offer a free return on the individual item(s). However, we cannot offer free returns shipping for the entire order.
We offer a refund or replacement of any damaged/faulty/incorrectly sent item(s).

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel the order if it is not in transit. Once the item is shipped, we can not stop the process; however, you can return the items once you receive them. 

How do I use a discount code?

Simply, add the discount code in the cart, and the discount will be applied at checkout.

If the product does not arrive, we guarantee we will reship or refund the product.
