How long does my order take?

Each item is made to order and carefully fabricated locally in Puerto Rico.

Processing times typically range from 1–3 weeks. During periods of high demand, orders may take up to 4 weeks to be completed.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive tracking information.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United States and Puerto Rico.

Shipping times vary depending on your location once your order has been processed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
